Women are making strides towards gender equity and their contributions are helping to shape a more diverse and inclusive workforce. As we celebrate the progress made by women in cannabis, let's also recognize the unique experiences and challenges faced by women in the workplace. We must continue to strive towards creating supportive environments that enable all women to achieve their full potential, whether they are becoming mothers, pursuing their career goals, or both.
